Copyright (DMCA) Policy

KJN respects copyright. If you believe something on KJN infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we will review it promptly. For intimate images shared without consent, use the TAKE IT DOWN request form instead; it is faster.

Sending a copyright notice

Email hello@kjn.app with the subject "DMCA notice" and include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
3. Where the material appears on KJN (a link, room name, or username), in enough detail for us to find it.
4. Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If your content was removed

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, a description of what was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the U.S., any judicial district where KJN may be found). We forward valid counter-notices to the person who complained, as the law provides.

Repeat infringers

KJN closes the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances.
